Dialogue 8:  "Leading Through Dialogue: Curiosity, Meaning & the Courage to Stay in the Unknown"

Featuring Michael Curtin

 Virtual 🗓 Friday 20th March | 🕧 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM AEST

In complex environments, leadership is rarely about having the right answer. More often, it is about creating the conditions where insight and shared understanding can emerge. Dialogue is one of the most powerful ways leaders can do this. Unlike debate or persuasion, dialogue enables curiosity, surfaces assumptions, and allows meaning to develop collectively. It invites leaders to shift from telling to inquiring, and from controlling outcomes to designing conversations where new perspectives can emerge. In this Leadership Experiment Dialogue, we will explore the role of dialogue as a leadership practice—examining how leaders can create conversations that build trust, surface what is unsaid, and help teams navigate uncertainty when clarity is not yet available.
